About Chamomile and Whiskey:
In the spring of 2011 in Nelson County, Virginia Koda Kerl and Marie Borgman poured some Evan Williams in a hot cup of tea and decided to start a band. The idea was to organically grow a sound based around lively shows that would not be restricted by genre. They joined forces with Irishmen Ryan Lavin and started ferociously playing as much as they could. After a year of building a reputation playing rowdy bar sets they signed with County Wide Records and cut their first EP "The Barn Sessions." The band quickly gained recognition regionally and after releasing their debut full-length record "Wandering Boots," They began touring. A few years of cross-country tours and the band started to hit their stride... They were invited to play festivals such as FloydFest, The Festy, and Arizona's Tilted Earth Festival and were able to share the stage with national acts Old Crow Medicine Show, Robert Earl Keen, Railroad Earth, Rusted Root, and the Infamous Stringdusters among others. Their eclectic sound blends Americana and Southern Rock with Irish, Gypsy, and Old-Time all wrapped up in a raging live performance. The band hasn't slowed down averaging nearly 150 shows a year the band continues to look ahead... their sophomore record "Sweet Afton" is slated for a mid 2017 release, with the first singles coming soon.

About Lord Nelson:
Lord Nelson is two brothers, one greasy trombone, backbone bass, pocket drums, dirty south guitar and a hell of a lot of fun. The band was formed in 2012 by brothers, Kai and Bram Crowe-Getty. With the addition of Henry Jones on trombone and keys, this collection of Virginia boys presents original roots rock compositions about the people and places they grew up around. Lord Nelson's sound varies from slow burning, harmony laced anthems, to back beat pulsing floor stompers.

The release of their debut album, The County, highlighted a breakout year in 2015 for Lord Nelson. They also received hometown validation by winning the 2015 Rockn' to Lockn' Charlottesville battle of the bands and subsequently performing on the main stage at Lockn' Festival. In the spring of 2017, the band is hitting the studio to record their sophomore record with Rockfish Music. After 100+ shows in 2016, this year is shaping up to be even better. New songs are emerging, new instruments coming into the mix, and new pins are dropping on the map. An ambitious young group with a powerful live show, there is a kinetic whirlwind when these guys hit the stage and it is certainly one that you want to be swept up in.
