About New Boss
New Boss, the brainchild of Thomas Dean (Order, Invisible Hand), collects players from a ton of Virginia bands, including drummer Parker Smith (also Order), bassist Scott Ritchie (Errantry, Great Dads), keyboardist Nick Rubin, and Jordan Perry (My Mind, Eat Forever). The band has played all over VA, NC, DC, and PA, and has recorded restlessly; the last year has seen a split release, a 7”, and two full-lengths.
