Colter Wall - MOVED TO THE JEFFERSON

with The Local Honeys

DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND, COLTER WALL HAS MOVED TO THE JEFFERSON!

About Colter Wall:

Colter Wall is a prairie-born songwriter from Saskatchewan, Canada. Wall's inaugural EP, Imaginary Appalachia, continues to keep him a non-stop, buzzed-about young artist and has evoked visceral reactions from industry veterans, his musical heroes and peers, as well as a loyal and quickly-growing grassroots fan base. His signature baritone vocal is paired with sparse, beautiful old-soul songwriting inspired by artists like Townes Van Zandt, Blaze Foley, Emmylou Harris & Waylon Jennings.

About The Local Honeys:

The Local Honeys are comprised of Linda Jean Stokley and Montana Hobbs. Stokley from the rolling hills of the Bluegrass, and Hobbs from the foothills of the Appalachian region have developed a sweet sound of the bluegrass kissing the mountains.

They have dedicated themselves to the preservation of old music and the creation of new music. Their songwriting often reflects subject matter that little girls ought not talk about. This element played a strong impact in the production and creation of their debut album, "Little Girls Actin' Like Men."

Including both traditional and original songs, "Little Girls" showcases the Honeys ability to tear into hard driving fiddle tunes, sing the high lonesome sound, and tell a damn good story.

Rock Star Status Credentials, include:

- Two personal letters of praise and encouragement from Olive Hill, Kentucky's own, "The Storyteller," Tom T. Hall.

- The first women to receive Bachelor of Arts degrees in Traditional "Hillbilly" Music.

- Recipients of the Kentucky Arts Council's, Folk Art Apprenticeship Grant. (2015 & 2016)

- Tours in Ireland, Jamaica, and the USA.
